The Outreach was aimed at providing Health care services which includes free HIV test and Hepatitis B test. The exercise was done at our four(4) outlets and Oniru Palace. It was surprising that a large number of people do not know about this deadly virus.
Hepatitis B is the most common serious liver infection in the world. It is caused by the hepatitis B virus that attacks and injures the liver. Two billion people (or 1 in 3) have been infected and more than 292 million people are living with a chronic hepatitis B infection. Each year up to 1 million people die from hepatitis B despite the fact that it is preventable and treatable.
Our team made sure adequate knowledge was impacted into people to understand how to prevent the deadly disease and treat it when you are infected.
